The 2017 Best Atlantic-Published Book Shortlist Has Been Announced

Congratulations to the nominees for the 2017 Best Atlantic-Published Book Award.

The shortlist for the APMA award for Best Atlantic-Published Book is (in alphabetical order):

 Conundrum Press for 20 x 20 Twenty Years of Conundrum Press by Andy Brown

 Goose Lane Editions for Lucy Jarvis: Even the Stones Have Life by Roslyn Rosenfeld

 Nimbus Publishing for The Wine Lovers’ Guide to Atlantic Canada by Moira Peters and Craig Pinhey

Congratulations to the nominated publishers and their authors. The winner will be announced at the Atlantic Book Award Gala on May 18 at 7 pm at Paul O’Regan Hall, Halifax Central Library. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased on tickethalifax. They will also be available for purchase at the door.

Presented annually during the Atlantic Book Awards to an Atlantic Canada publisher of the printed book which best exemplifies publishing activity in Atlantic Canada. The winning book must be edited, designed and published by an Atlantic Canada publisher during the last year.
